Halftones and Hues

The challenge for this week’s homework is to do anything but a video mirror.

I wanted to explore more p5 dom ideas like manipulating the medium. In this case a classic black and white Mickey Mouse animation that is in a halftone format. I don’t really understand why but all my projects are curious attempts to reinvent Adobe photoshop’s filter features.

Some ideas I’m working to improve on:

  • I have yet to figure out how to label the sliders. For some reason it’s not showing up properly.
  • I wanted to add another option of converting the halftone into vertical lines or rects.
